1. Digital courses of the POWERLY YEAR, POWERLY PARTNER and POWERLY EXPERT packages.

2. The course “I Am Discovery”, with modules on: unlocking personal and professional potential; building and developing expertise; creating and packaging your own product; building a launch and sales strategy; tools for growing and scaling your own project.

All core materials are created before the sale. Once payment is confirmed, 100% of the core digital content opens to the Buyer immediately. There is no staged release. The topic names describe the subject of the modules and are not a promise of results.

Access period

12 months from the date full access is granted. When the period ends, access stops without further notice.

Moment of provision

The product is considered provided from the moment access to all core materials is opened. This moment is recorded in the platform log, and the Buyer receives a confirmation by email.

Consent before payment

Before paying, the Buyer separately agrees to immediate opening of full access and confirms that once access is opened, the right to withdraw from the contract for digital content no longer applies.

Additional opportunities

Participants may be offered additional opportunities within the POWERLY ecosystem: strategy and group reviews, feedback, taking part in the Partner Programme under a separate Partner Offer, and more.

Additional opportunities are not part of the product, are not an obligation of POWERLY, have no separate price and are not paid for. POWERLY may change, add to, suspend or end them at its own discretion without compensation. Their absence does not mean the product was not provided or does not match its description, and does not affect the moment of provision.

Terms of use

Access is personal and granted to one Buyer. Sharing the login, recording, copying and distributing the materials is prohibited. All rights to the materials belong to POWERLY or its right holders. If these terms are breached, POWERLY may restrict or end access.

Refunds

Once 100% of the product has been provided with the Buyer's consent, no refund is made, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

No guarantee of results

The product is educational. Results depend solely on the Participant's actions, experience, resources and circumstances. POWERLY does not guarantee income, sales, clients, Partners or any other financial or professional result. The materials are not financial, legal or tax advice.

Applicable offer: POWERLY Public Offer in its current version. In case of any discrepancy, the Offer prevails.
